Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute inbound and outbound inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to facilitate seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistency.
