Responsibilities
- Sort, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high precision.
- Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and colleagues to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
