Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy of goods against packing lists.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and staging products for distribution.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
