Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and shipments for the upcoming week.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Forklift certification is highly desired but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
