Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and error reduction.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
