Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Inspect and organize inventory to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily distribution targets.
- Verify product quantities against purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
