Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, pack, and label packages for shipment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a background check.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Training: Willingness to complete on-site safety training.
