Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory counts during weekend cycles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
