Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment on Saturday and Sunday.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Focus: Ability to follow safety protocols and attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading work orders and safety signage.
