Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and other team members during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read English instructions clearly.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented mindset.
