Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Availability to work alternating weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
