Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and in compliance with all protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday (shift times vary).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (not required for all positions, but a plus).
