Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Inspect products for defects and report any damages immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
