Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate inventory counts and safe handling of goods.
- Sort, scan, and organize stock to maintain a clutter-free, high-productivity warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
