Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, track, and record incoming and outgoing stock to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels are correct and items are securely wrapped.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team lead and cross-functional departments to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a consistent full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and packaging.
