Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory to and from trucks and storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Reliability: A strong work history and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Valid Driver's License preferred but not required.
