Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify inventory items for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners as required by training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
- Documents: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
