Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders accurately for shipping.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
