Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and scanning orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols and 5S methodologies.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting as directed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience is helpful).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
