Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper organization of inventory in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets shipping regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
