Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and cargo containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory accurately.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily shipping targets.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
