Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate equipment to load and unload trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts and stock organization to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet company standards before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to achieve daily targets.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays and the ability to work overtime as needed.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred.
