Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and ensure proper labeling of all stock.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Focus: Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for safety briefings and inventory checks.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
