Role Overview:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly during peak weekend hours. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory logs accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
