Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages and freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan items into the system and perform cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the shift lead to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic software.
- Reliability: A history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
