Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and weekdays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
