Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and restock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal organization.
- Perform daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all strict safety protocols and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Clean work areas and maintain equipment to ensure a safe environment for the team.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Willingness to wear steel-toed boots and safety equipment provided by the company.
