Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks utilizing pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and work instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tasks.
