Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and stock levels.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and damage prevention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
