Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and report any damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process and pack orders efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Manage inventory records and assist with cycle counting as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as needed.
