Responsibilities
- Sort and Inspect: Accurately sort, inspect, and log incoming inventory and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of all cargo to prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Inventory Management: Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance at previous jobs.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work.
