Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks quickly and accurately.
- Verify inventory by scanning items and reconciling packing lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Pack and label orders for timely shipment to our retail partners.
- Assist with quality control to ensure all outgoing products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
