Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
