Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance goals and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and processing transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
