Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
