What You'll Do:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and accuracy are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage and verify shipment accuracy against packing lists.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment using automated packaging systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and location data.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with the Shift Lead regarding daily priorities and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends exclusively (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
