Midwest Logistics Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our high-energy team for our critical Weekend Shift.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders on time. You will be working in a modern, climate-controlled facility with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organization.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Assist in order picking and packing processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift) on a consistent basis.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
