Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Sort, pack, and prepare shipments for distribution in a timely manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the fulfillment process to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the DC location.
