Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of trailers to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Manage inventory accuracy through precise scanning and data entry.
- Ensure all safety protocols and equipment maintenance are followed rigorously.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license or state ID.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
