Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers and trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check in stock, verify quantities, and update inventory systems.
- Picking & Packing: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in compliance with safety protocols.
- Area Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Safety Conscious: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is a plus.
