Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the loading dock efficiently.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment using hand and power tools.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize inventory and maintain a tidy workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and priorities.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
