Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for weekend shipping.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily volume goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
