Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets and goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
