Our client is a leading distribution center serving the greater Raleigh and Georgia area. We are expanding our operations and need reliable individuals to help manage our weekend inventory flow.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, sort, and process incoming stock orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and potentially weekdays during peak seasons.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Equipment: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
