Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and strict deadlines.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in organizing storage areas and managing returns effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends: Saturday and Sunday shifts (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
