Responsibilities
- Execute efficient packing, sorting, and order fulfillment for weekend shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality, accuracy, and damage.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Perform general labor duties including loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with potential for overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
