Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using industrial equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
