Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise according to strict shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to manage stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound shipments and manage product returns.
- Collaborate with the team lead to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to start date.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and shipping labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
