Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of freight with a strict focus on safety and speed.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure full compliance with company safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counting processes.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments with a professional and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
