Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet strict daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique.
- High level of reliability and punctuality for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
